GeoBrix Inc (“GeoBrix,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed and insured design-build contractor based in North New Jersey. This policy explains what personal information we collect through geobrixinc.com and how we use it. It also covers how you can contact us or opt out at any time.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what you give us. On this website, that’s the info you type into our estimate, referral, careers, business-sale, or design consultation forms:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Zip code or town
• Details about the project you want quoted, the job you’re applying for, or the business you’re inquiring about
• Anything you write in a “notes” field

We do not collect payment information through this website. If you finance a project, that information goes directly to our lending partner (Enhancify, Acorn Finance, or similar) — not to us.

We do not use tracking cookies to identify you personally. Basic analytics (page views, referrer, general geographic region) may be collected in aggregate.

2. How we use it

We use your information only for these purposes:

• To respond to your estimate request or inquiry
• To schedule an on-site walkthrough
• To send you a written estimate and follow up if you don’t reply
• To process a referral or coordinate a business-sale conversation
• To evaluate a career application
• To connect you with our financing partner if you request pre-qualification

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with unrelated marketers. We do not use your details to send you promotional emails you didn’t ask for.

3. Communications — calls, texts, and email

When you submit a form on this website, you consent to being contacted by GeoBrix by phone, email, or text at the contact information you provided, about the project or inquiry you submitted.

• Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Message frequency varies — typically a few messages while we scope your project.
• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts.
• You can ask us by phone or email to stop contacting you at any time.

4. Who we share your information with

We share your information only with people who need it to do the work you asked us to do:

• Subcontractors & crew members who need to coordinate scheduling or reach you at the job site.
• Our lending partners (Enhancify, Acorn Finance) — only if you specifically request financing pre-qualification. They have their own privacy policies which govern how they use your info.
• Referral bonus payouts — if you refer someone, we use the Zelle info you provide only to send you the $200 bonus. We do not share your Zelle info with the referred customer.
• Legal or regulatory bodies — only if we’re required by law (subpoena, court order, insurance investigation).

5. How long we keep it

Active project inquiries are kept in our records for the life of the project plus 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Inquiries that don’t become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up if you reach out again. You can ask us to delete your info at any time.

6. Security

We store your information on password-protected systems and email accounts using industry-standard security. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and never store payment or financing credentials.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Opt out of any future communication
• Ask us not to share your information with our lending or referral partners

8. Children

Our services are for property owners and are not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

If we materially change how we use your information, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of geobrixinc.com after we post a change means you accept the updated policy.
